Dress your windows!

More blanket-stitch! I'm obsessed! But just look at these lovely linen curtain panels from French company, Caravane. Perhaps not well suited to a typical Victorian London home, but if you have a rustic bolt-hole or hut, then these would surely be the ideal solution to stop passing cattle/herdsman from peering in. Although on saying that, I think they'd be great at French doors in a kitchen, heading out into a garden... Caravane (based in Paris) is tres colourful with influences from North Africa, Asia and the Mediterranean. It's a lovely decorative/ethnic look that perhaps isn't that well known in the UK, but if you pick up a copy of Cote Sud - the most beautiful French magazine, then you will see this style everywhere! They do wonderful lighting, sofas, textiles... Their website isn't great, but the shops are definately worth looking up if you're heading to Paris sometime soon...
